Hospitality, food, room, Lebanonese and Italian cuisine was fantastic. Very quick check in and check out. Very courtes and helpful staff. Best resort for snorkeling.

Special thanks to Mr. Motaz El Samaak Guest Relation Manager for supporting us to solve our complaints. The room has been upgraded by reception. its great value for money, Nice and spacious place. Also pool is very nice and clean. and also Saeed from Housekeeping and Ahmed they was very helpful.

The hotel structure, swimming pools and the beach are realy nice. I arrived around 11 pm to check-in and the main restaurant was already closed. Spoke to the concierge who gave me a voucher for a meal on the othet restaurant for free.

Swimming pools for very big and excellent for the kids. lobby area was very spacious and nice to use it evening. the property itself had everything you could want and it really does live up to the 5 star name. there was many locations within the hotel that you could take great pictures, the pools were very clean, food selection was great and varied everyday. theres ice cream, drinks, burgers, chips etc. its very family friendly. The staff are very attentive and sweet & amend to your needs where possible. i would definitely go back and stay in this resort simply due to the stunning views at sun sent from the balcony!

clean and luxury rooms, i liked the pool it was like a lake running along the property, i liked the beach so much the seatings were in the mountain and most of them have privacy, the snacks were very good especially the ice cream, we loved staying there very much
